Market Analysis of the 23rd of February 2014 : Opportunities on EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CHF, AUD/USD, XAU/USD, EUR/JPY, USD/CAD & NZD/USD D1, H4 & H1
Click on the Menu on "Market Analysis" for all the analysis.
Daily charts: For most of the pairs, we are in the wave 4 and/or there is no clear direction. Prudence
EUR/USD: We are in still in the wave 3 down, some pullback but no divergence. Downtrend
GBP/USD: We are in the wave 4 (probably the "a" move up). Prudence.
USD/JPY: We are in the wave 4, we expect the wave 5 to come (this is a D1 setup). Prudence if price is inside the box
USD/CHF: We are in the wave 4; Prudence
AUD/USD: We are still in the wave 5 down and still downtrend but the Ewave comes back to the ZL. Prudence
EUR/JPY: It looks like we are in the wave 4 (not officially). Prudence
USD/CAD: We are still in the wave 3 up, some pullback but no divergence. Uptrend
NZD/USD: We dont have trend anymore, it looks like a 5 wave cycle has been completed, we need to wait as well
XAU/USD: We are now in the wave 3 down, The overall trend remains unclear.

Trade of the Week: USD/JPY H1: 10 - 12 February: +4.5% Profit (+140 pips)

The classical ones, the best ones: On Tuesday 10th at Francfort Open, we have a clear direction on H4, the alligator is wide open to the north, it is uptrend. On H1, we have a sleeping alligator inside a tight fractal box. We take the break, the price moves harmoniously and we exit the 12th at the break of the lower level of the box for +140 pips (+4.5% Profit)

EUR/USD: We are in still in the wave 3 down, some pullback but no divergence. Downtrend
GBP/USD: It looks like we are going to the wave 4 but it is not confirmed yet
USD/JPY: The price has broken the box up. We are expecting the wave 5. We look at setups on H4/H1 to go long
USD/CHF: It looks like we are going to the wave 4 but it is not confirmed yet
AUD/USD: We are still in the wave 5 down with alligator line wide open. Downtrend
EUR/JPY: We are in still in the wave 3 down, some pullback but no divergence. Downtrend
USD/CAD: We are in still in the wave 3 up, some pullback but no divergence. Uptrend
NZD/USD: We are still in the wave 5 down with alligator line wide open. Downtrend
XAU/USD: It looks like the trend is reversing, the alligator going now south. Prudence but it looks like short is the new direction as price both below the box and the alligator.

Trade of the Week: USD/CHF H1: 26-27 January: +2.5% Profit (+170 pips)

On the 26th, the trend is up on H1, we have the ewave close to the zero line, there is a small divergence but this is London open and on H4, the ewave is starting to peak with a price outside the box, we take the H1 break, the price flies and we exit when it breaks the box in the opposite side for +2.5% Profit (=170 pips)

EUR/USD: We are in still in a big wave 3 down, some pullback but no divergence
GBP/USD: Wave 3 down but we have now a first divergence, still downtrend
USD/JPY: We are in the wave 4, we expect wave 5, it looks like a D1 setup as we have few bars with same low and therefore a small box
USD/CHF: Downtrend, we could expect some move short after that BDC at the red line
AUD/USD: We are in the wave 5 down with alligator line wide open, it could become a new wave 3 down
EUR/JPY: We are in a big wave 3 down, some pull back and a BDC but no divergence, downtrend
USD/CAD: We are in a big wave 3 up peaking
NZD/USD: We are in a wave 5 down with alligator lines wide open, it could become a new wave 3 down
XAU/USD: Wave 3 up, we had some pullback but the price bounced off the red line, long is still the direction.
